Post Havent Received My Parcel

Can someone please help me. My parcel was mailed out of China over a month ago and I have still not received it. There is not very much usuable information on China Post Tracking Website. I need to know whether it is time to file a claim for a lost or not delivered parcel. Any help or update would be appreciated.

now is rush season. shipping is slow. you can wait one more week, if not arrive by Nov 20, then open dispute.
