I bought some items from DealeXtreme's online shop dx.com almost a month ago. Within 2 days they had charged my credit card and sent me a notice that the items were shipped. I then heard nothing for 2 weeks and my "Tracking Number" reported never having been received by China Post.
I started complaining to them every day after about day 7 until the tracking numbers finally appeared in China Post's system.
Tracking page reported having been received by China Post, undergoing export security scan, then an export customs scan.
That was a week ago. I have heard nothing since.
These people are habitual liars and have told me nothing but lies since I starting asking them where my package was. Every time I repeated the question, they would tell me something different.
I know they put fake reviews on resellerratings.com to try to counter all the customer complaints they get on that site.
I was wondering if it is also possible that they forge these tracking numbers and statuses?
After dealing with them for a month now, I would not put anything past them.
Any comments?
