Dear China Post,

I Received tracking #RC844158300CN on 25th of May 2014 but when I try to track the parcel I receive the message China Post has not received parcel. Is this a legitimate tracking number or a fake? Any help with this issue would be appreciated.

Hi Can you Check this Tracking # I have been waiting 3 days and it says that China Post has not yet received the Parcel. Is this even real tracking #?

If the parcel was given to china post, http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php will show location and status information within 48 hours. so you can valid the parcel fake or not by yourself

China Post has not received parcel# RC839326481CN

That's what it said and it's been 78 Hours. I Paid through PayPal, would you recommend me filing for fraud and refund, or can you check it on your system to be sure it's not a fake? What action would you as China Post recommend?

The seller using a fake number has nothing to do with China Post. You should contact seller and ask real shipment date and real tracking number. If seller does not give you reasonable answer, then open dispute to paypal and claim refund.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RC642475851CN was NOT shipped. You should contact seller and ask for real tracking number and real shipment date.
