Could somebody help me. Bought item off Aliexpress, seller told me item was shipped with the above tracking number. When i try to track this it says china post has not recievdd item. On 5th may the seller told me it will be updated but as yet not!!

Have i been scammed!! 😡

you can wait two more days and track it again on Tuesday. If still same result, you can open dispute to aliexpress and claim refund.
