it is difficult for your to claim fraud refund is you make payment through western union.

Well that's obvious. At this point I would just like to know if the tracking number is real and if the item will be shipped to us. Right now it says it's in the customs control room with destination Israel which is not my location.

the tracking number is real, but it is for other people,not your parcel.

Hello I ordered a dress from Aliexpress for prom which is on May 9th I ordered my dress on April 14,2014 and it said that it would take 10 days for the processing time and 3-7 days for delivery I received two tracking numbers but norther one of them work on the Dhl website. The first one I received in my email was 61792259257373 and the one one aliexpress is 5099229351 my seller isn't really responding as quickly as I need them too I keep getting excuses and she told me that they had holidays that's why they couldn't send it but on the 29th they said that they would ship it that day I haven't gotten no new tracking number and today at 1am they said they would send it off May 3rd bein they have Labor Day may 1st what should I do? I also contacted Dhl and they said they don't have any records of my area code not my tracking numbers

Hi,
Can anyone tell me how long it usually takes for parcel to arrive to the UK after it has been 'Sent to Airline'.

I had a parcel whichever 'Departure from outward office' on 13/04. And then on the 21/04 it says 'Dispatched'

Tracking number is: RC767515700CN.

Any help is appreciated.

Can you check this tracking number RC592724148CN ?

The seller give to me this number on 27 april, but I cannot track my order.

now is holiday, wait one or two more days and track it again. if still no result, then it should be fake.
