RC523945775CN is fake number. If seller can not prove to paypal or aliexpress that you have received the parcel, you will get the refund in the dispute procedure.

Hello, i made 3 orders and seller give me 3 track numbers, but now page with phone is gone /error 404/
Ship is From China to Bulgaria

before 4-5 days from aliexpress. This is all track numbers for my orders. Seller not respond on my messeges and im now verry suspicious.

you can wait 2 more days and track them again in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php, if no result, then open non-receipt dispute in aliexpress and claim refund.

if http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel has not been received by China Post, it should be an invalid number.

Against my better judgement ( I normally use Paypal for EVERYTHING) I purchased an item from this seller via WESTERN UNION. Several days later they sent me this tracking number. RC405271006CN, which shows its going to ISRAEL, though im in the USA. I beleive this is fake as the company website Website:http://www.buyselectronic.com/ [b]Guangdong Ji Xiang industrial co., LTD.[/b] Is no longer active. Can someone direct me on my options for disputing this charge? I would like to file a formal complaint with
