Correct me if I'm wrong but laptops CANNOT be shipped through China post... correct? I recently bought a laptop, and according to my tracking it's coming through china post....but everything I am reading is saying that laptops are one of the items that is banned through china post....

I've already began a claim through paypal to get my money back...but I just want to make sure that the list I was looking at wasn't outdated or anything.

correct, laptop can not be shipped by china post airmail.
