Dear all,

I had ordered a PC debug card form a China seller who sent me a tracking no. RC097313980CN. This was dispatched on 6th March and "Delivery to Airport" is shown on 13th March. The Indian site http://ipsweb.ptcmysore.gov.in/ shows the next desination as Kolkata Airport sorting. But till now there is no update after 13th March.
I called up Kolkata airport office and they said they have not received the parcel.
The seller is not responding to my queries.Unfortunately it was a direct purchase (not on ebay etc.)
I had payed through Paypal.

Can anyone help me please.

the parcel should be in Kolkata airport. Kolkata customs never reply they have received the goods even the goods arrived india. you'd better open a non-dispute in paypal and let seller stand the loss.

Thanks for the reply. I think I have lost it. I cannot open a dispute since 45 days are already over. I don't know how to go about a non dispute.
