hello,last Sunday i bought a tablet and I received a message that it was shipped by dhl,but yesterday i received this message from the seller Hello, friends, we no send DHL shipping, we send cheap China Post Air Mail shipping (has been sent), so we need compensate you 10USD, you can send a partial refund dispute (you can select partial dispute),we waiting compensation you, Thank you
What should to do?Best regards

open a dispute and claim full refund.

if you don't open a dispute and parcel is lost, you will lose your money. if the parcel arrives after you open dispute, you can pay back to seller. dispute is a kind of buyer protection.

shipping a tablet through airmail is very dangerous. you should open dispute and claim full refund.
