Hello,I need advice.I claimed afull refund 68,94 euro,but the seller did not accepted ,and he gave me solution ,he will give me only 7,33 euro.What should I do if he will not accept to give the money back.Best regards

escalate the dispute the aliexpress, don't accept partial refund.

hi.RC088702173CN.is this tracking number ok? its been 10 days from my order. the seller told me that he would send the package with ems but the next day when my package shown as shippet it was with china air mail.i open dispute after five days and he tells me that i have send your package. i ask for full refund but he tells me that he can give 8 bucks...should i whait a few more days in case the number is valid or i must imediatly escalate dispute
