Post Aliexpress scam seller? Help me sorting out!

Hi everyone, I bought 3 objects with 5 star feedback in a store called PhoneFix on aliexpress.com
I pad 1,36€ for a china post registered airmail tracking code.
After 2 days from the payment aliexpress notify me the package has been shipped.
Went to check the code and the seller wrote:

China Post Registered Air Mail: RH013772737TR

Obviously this is not a valid China Post code and so after 2 days I told the seller that was not a valid code and after a couple of messages he wrote me this code:

China Post Registered Air Mail: RS193181226CN

Ok now the code is fine I tought but after more than 10 days still there is no tracking information.

I wanted to know if do I need to wait or if I should open a dispute against him?

where have you checked this tracking is ok? to me, as well as 17track as http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php appears as fake or not shipped. When this happens to me (now is happening with one mine RS190651362CN) in ten days I open a dispute, because then they have 5 days to answer, and if not agreement neither item, then you can elevate and have about 10 days, time enough it to arrive or to have the money back, if no tracking is available
