Hi,

I new here, few days ago i buy one item from aliexpres than seller give me
tracking number : RI709963703CN
but in coloum Detail, there is note like this

"Tracking information is available within 5-10 days. You can track your order here China Post Air Mail Website while it is still in China"

is that true ? please help me

Possibly? Tracking information usually appears on the China Post website within 48 hours after the parcel was mailed, but some sellers take 5-10 days to get your items, package them, etc. I would wait two weeks or so; if the parcel hasn't shown up in tracking by then, contact seller or open a dispute.

Ok i would wait till remaining days he said to me , about 5 - 10 days
if isnt show off status package i will open dispute then full refund to seller

track it in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php, if it shows number is invalid, it means the number is fake.

Hi can someone please help me I order from alixpress on Nov 11 he gave me a tracking number I haven't been able to track and yes we communicate and he keep telling me not to worry and even sent me something in Chinese which I didn't understand telling me he track it and got this ..I don't know what to do at this point this my tracking # LS237120497CN

LS237120497CN is fake number. seller did not ship anything to you. open dispute to aliexpress asap.
