RE597300171SE is Sweden Post number. Many china seller use Sweden Post to ship battery item. the parcel goes to Sweden first, then transit to other countries. You might need to wait about 2 weeks, the track it in Sweden Post website.

Why was it shipped with Sweden post? China is near the Philippines, so that means they sent my package to Sweden first before Philippines??

You should ask seller this question. I guess there might 2 possible reasons:
1) the item has battery inside and not allowed by China Post. So seller selected Sweden Post to ship the goods.

2) the seller gave you fake number.

if you can not track your order, it means your seller did not ship the order.

I ordered a remote from Aliexpress. Seller gave me this tracking - RG217743294CN but did not go out. So seller tells me Lion items are not allowed out of Shezhen and gave me these images as proof

Then offered to send via Malaysia again and tracking was RC045599672MY. It has been 10 days but seller insists the item has not been out of Shezhen due to Lion problem.

Seller on Ali gave me a shipping number: RP325050584SG
It's been 10 days and the seller has marked the package as shipped, but no data base can track it. The seller is very refutable, and I don't want to believe they've scammed me, but???

RP325050584SG is singapore Post tracking number. wait about 2 weeks then track it in Singapore Post website.

Hello Admin and thanks for your time!
I've the same problem as many of other users. The seller from Aliexpress gave me a tracking number after claiming he has shipped my items and I can't find it using your tracking system. The shipment was on September 23rd, since China Post is not working until Oct 7 I still got some hope of it to show up. Also my seller is refutable so I still trust him.I got some questions 1) If the seller is delaying my shipment how is he able to get the tracking number before delivering the parcel?. 2) It says the tracking info gets updated after 5-10 days in some cases more, so should I wait?. 3) My tracking number is RH178987363CN and the store is located in Mainland China... Can you tell me the location that corresponds to RH and the estimated time to arrive from Mainland?
