The destination Netherlands is okay but my question is where the order is at this moment. Has it already left China?

A seller on Aliexpress gave me a tracking number which I can't track.
He said he sent the order on Oct. 21.
I also read your thread 'What does “Success find: 0 items!” or “China Post has not received the parcel” mean?'
My question: is it for real that I can track an order 48h after the seller sent it?
I mean it is easy to say the seller is a cheater, but maybe China Post do NOT update their database every 48 hours?
Thanks in advance,
Kachi

It's not about the tracking number (which is not trackable).
I'ts about the fact that the site admin 'chinapostvolunteer' tells everybody on this site if an order is untrackable within 48h after the seller sent it out, it's a fake number and to open a disput.
My question: wherefrom are these numbers (48h)?
Any proof?
If I'm sure about these 48h, I can call the seller a liar, otherwise I can loose my face.
Maybe the site admin steps in for some further explanation?
Thank you anyways,
Kachi

So you don't answered my question: any proof on this 48h thing?
