Hello all,

I bought 2 items from a seller in China. He sent them by China Post surface mail (one is heavy, about 20 kg). He gave me 2 tracking numbers.
CP264290884CN and CP264290875CN.

CP264290884CN is working fine on China Post tracking system.

The other number, CP264290875CN, does not work. The website says not known to China Post. They were posted on September 17, 8 days ago.

When 2 packages are posted, there should be 2 valid tracking numbers?

Any help will be appreciated.

you can track in track-chinapost.com , if your seller really shipped your goods, it will show location and status within 48hrs of shipment, otherwise it will show china post has not received the parcel
