Hi there,
Tracking number is RH085534516CN. It has not reached NewZealand and that has been confirmed by NZPost. Can you help me find where it has gone?

RH085534516CN should have been rejected or lost.

So if the t was lost with your carrier what happens now?

You can claim compensation from shipper and shipper claim compensation from china post with shipping receipt.

Hi I purchased scarves from Aliexpress. tracking no is: RF005305976CN. Can you please advise on status as it's been stuck on export custom scan since 17/01/14. By far the worst postal service in the civilised world. I have ordered many times before and receive items within 10 working dAys from other countries.
