RI362482323CN was shipped by seller only 10 days ago, not 2 months ago. You should get it by mid of April. If your purchase protection is expiring, you should ask seller extend the protection.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RN616159710CN stuck in Wuhan for quite long time. This is not good news. Normally this means the parcel can not pass security check and was rejected.
