my tracking number is RS910256994CH and I am unable to find my parcel.

RS910256994CH is Swiss Post parcel. You need track it in following page:

my tracking number is RB234704123CN but it dosn't seem to be moving when i try to track it and has gone back to the disternation that it started at waiting at the airport

I have tried tracking http://track-chinapost.com/start_swisspost.php but there is no such parcel on there tracking systerm - more over the parcel is destined for New Zealand why would it be sent from china to Swisspost?

RB895851798CN had problem to pass security check. it will be returned to shipper. you should open a dispute and claim money back.

Hi

my item was supposes to be shipped to Australia,
tracking: LX901634715CN

it left shanghai on the 21-4-14, but it hasn't made it to Sydney yet.

another package sent a week later arrived in a few days.

should I be worried, has it probably gone missing?

any ideas

sometimes it might take about 2 weeks to arrive Australia. Now is holiday, please wait 2 to 3 more business days and then track it again. if still no change of status, it might be lost. you should claim refund.
