my tracking number is RB516923783CN and i can find my item. wait it for two months ..
so if my package its at customs because of security reason etc. what is the next thing i can do so i take a fefund from the seller? in that case the package is return to the seller?

the parcel stuck in shanghai customs for long time. it seems that your parcel has something not allowed by safety or copyright rules(battery,liquid,pirate item etc) and can not pass the customs check.

Hi I have a tracking Number RC*********CN, the parcel has arrived in Australia and gone through Customs, the parcel has been sent to a New South Wales Post Shop and is waiting to be picked up. I have rang a few times and I keep getting told the parcel is not mine because it was sent to a different Postcode. The Post person looks at the postcode and not the name or address. What do I do. I keep getting told by the seller. I dont know what is wrong, we have to wait and see.

The above post, The parcel is at a New South Wales Post Shop on Monday Morning the 12th May and is still there at about 4.30pm on Friday 16th May. 2014 I live in Queensland, and I have been told I need a CN33 form from china post, to be supplied by the seller.. The seller says China Post only has one number, so I am wondering is this a receipt for when the parcel was posted and does this tracking number have an address on it. or what is going wrong.

your seller should have printed wrong address in the parcel or gave you wrong tracking number. you'd better open a dispute and claim money back.

Should I wait and see tomorrow, I was thinking of ringing AustPost again, and seeing if the item has been picked up, if it has not been picked up could I get the Police to check name and tracking number...... How do I open a despute to claim my money back.

Hi,

I've been waiting for a parcel for over a month, still no word. Spoke to the seller who has verified that it was sent and the address is correct. Unfortunately, the tracking number is displaying as invalid when I enter it in, AG010527595CN. Please can you help.

AG010527595CN is fake number. your might be scammed. open a dispute to paypal or aliexpress asap.
