Hi, I live in NZ and I was waiting for 2 different parcels to arrive to me. The first one has a tracking num. RC974418828CN and the second RC323043104CN. Both arrived to New Zealand the same day, but when it was delivered I was not at home so they left a card to pick it up from the post office. So, from my home to the post office both parcels were lost or are missing. NZPost can not give me an answer and told me to contact my sender from China. The Chinese sender at the same time is telling me that as it has arrived to NZ I have to deal with it. What should I do?? is not one but to items from two different senders!!!

NZ post tried to deliver the parcel 10 days ago. As you did not pickup the parcel for so long time,now the parcels should be on the returning procedure back to China . You should find way to ask NZ post to stop the procedure. If NZ post refuse to help you, China Post can not help you either.

My tracking number is RC670253325CN has failed to arrive yet it left Beijing on the 28/05/14 saids it is in progress an n transit to New Zealand.

I really want my parcel its my bridesmaid Dress

sometimes it needs about 4 to 6 weeks to arrive NZ, you need some patient.

you should contact Malaysia Post and inquiry this parcel RB213973323CN. It is in Malaysia Post warehouse.

I have a problem, my friends send my in 8.2.2014 package to my birthady with this code RA601725550CN he write it on post paper Czech Republick but China post send it to BULGARIA and today we have not February but July and i dont have the gift which is my friend send it to me for my birthady. And my guestion is where is the package????????????????

the parcel should be lost. ask your friend bring the original receipt and claim compensation from china post.

I'm trying to find my item. The tracking number is RI041146447CN
I'm in Australia and according to the china post website the item has been in Turkey for the last month. I called china post and they said it was in Australia. What do I do?

RI041146447CN is going to Australia not Turkey.
