Hello, My package (RI256835488CN) has been travelling around for almost 2 Months. it arrived in New Zealand on 19th January but was returned to China on the 24th January. It is now with China Post. New Zealand Post and New Zealand Customs can't tell me why it was returned but said it may have had an unknown address. Can you please tell me what the problem is as they told me the reason would be written on the package? Will you send it back to Deal extreme dx.com where I purchased it? Please let me know what will happen to my package now, as my son has been waiting for his present for such a long time. Thank you.

the parcel might be sent back to shipper ,might not. It is up to china post's decision and you never know. You should open dispute to paypal and claim refund asap.

Why would it not be sent back to the shipper???? It does NOT belong to China Post so they have no right not to ship it back!!!!

I agree with you, but this is the situation in China. Don't waste time on complaining China Post, it makes no sense.

open dispute and claim refund from seller asap. Seller should take the risk of the shipping lost.
