Post Delayed parcel - no movement from China since 27/2

Hi,

Hoping EMS staff are online to kindly help.

I am awaiting a parcel from China to Australia via EMS. 😀

My parcel, tracking no: EV977494267CN, has not had any updates since 27/Feb/2015.

The website I purchased from stated after the Chinese New Year parcels should be received within 5-10 business days, and I can appreciate it was already delayed due to the new year holiday (I order 16/2).

I contacted Australia Post to query if they were holding the parcel but they advised that the parcel has not even left China yet.

Is there anywhere I can go for a new expected ETA, as the expected turn around has now expired.

EV977494267CN should be delayed in china export customs. you can wait one more week, if not arrive, open dispute and claim refund from seller.

Thanks for the prompt response.

Does this mean that the seller than recoups costs from EMS? Would hate to see them out of pocket with an issue that was not caused by them as they followed due processes with shipping.
