Hello,

May i know to request 2nd delivery/re-delivery since the tracking status show "unsuccessful delivery".

To whom I've to contact & dealing with?

How to know where is my goods now & in Malaysia which courier/delivery agent manage for this delivery from China post?

Kindly advice.

you should contact post company (or post office) your country and try to pickup the parcel by yourself. Your country's post company or post office is the local delivery agent for China Post.

The status of my parcel says''Unsuccessful delivery'' as well, and I am in Australia.
The tracking number is CP269270475CN, the location shows in AU already.

anyone can help with telling me what should I do please?

CP269270475CN is in the hand of Australia Post, you should contact Australia Post and try to pickup the parcel asap.

RC103630706CN, it shows unsuccessful delivery too. The best part is, i did not receive any calls from the postman looking for me at all upon delivery, where usually they will if no one is available. How now? What happened?

Normally failed delivery is caused by wrong address. RC103630706CN is now in Malaysia Post system. you should contact Malaysia Post and pickup the parcel.

To whom it may concern,
i am waiting on a parcel that i ordered on tuesday 25th febuary 2014 i recently contacted the seller to try find out where my parcel is, as it was an unsuccessful delivery, i was not in on the date of delivery and i have since then moved home, i have been trying to track the parcel for over a month now and until today the tracking number wasn't recognised..i tracked the parcel today with number RC265328515CN and it says ...

RC265328515CN failed delivery. You should contact Royal Post in UK and check if the parcel has been returned to China or not. If not returned, you can go to Royal Post and pickup the parcel. If returned to China, then you have to open a dispute to paypal and claim refund immediately.

I managed to come to an agreement with the seller on ebay and they are willing to send full refund or redeliver the item if parcel has been sent back to china. I called royal mail office and they have confirmed that it has been sent back to original seller in china.
