Unsuccessful Delivery normally is caused by two reasons:
1)address is wrong or address is not in Chinese or address can not be translated into Chinese properly.
You should ask recipient to call china post 11185 and pickup the parcel.

2)recipient refuse to accept parcel. Some people reject parcel in order to avoid refund or payment. In this case you should persuade the recipient to pickup the parcel from China Post or leave negative feedback to push recipient to take action.

RD058809030CN is in Czech Post office :
Husova 2846/2
Přerov I-Město
Přerov

you should contact above Czech Post office and try to pickup the parcel.

Hi, the same problem with sending parcel to china
Tracking number RF031307462UA was sent May 23 2014, the same status unsuccessful delivery, help me please with that, thanks!

In addition, the parcel was send from Ukraine. When could I expect it to be delivered to the receiver? Or may be it can be turned back to Ukraine ?

the parcel RF031307462UA has deliver problem. you should contact receiver to call china post 11185 and pickup the parcel asap.

I am trying to receive a parcel at Qatar with tracking number: RC260971459CN
it shows me a status in chinese I cant really get it can you please advise where is the parcel now?
