Hi there, I'm in Shanghai and I also got unsuccessful delivery notification
My tracking number is RB054201575PK
Where is the Post Office or can I call them? Will they speak English?

the parcel is in China Post Shanghai Nanchezhan branch(南车站投递所)，you'd better ask a friend who can speak chinese and go to that office to pickup the parcel, or call 11185(i believe they can not speak English)

the tracking number was : RC964223005CN 2014 Unsuccessful delivery

shipper might printed wrong address in the parcel. it is now in Royal Mail office in WOOLWICH PDO. You should contact Royal Mail and pickup the parcel by yourself asap, otherwise the parcel might be returned to china.

Indonesia Post the delivery agent for China post parcel in Indonesia. You can contact your local Indonesia Post to pickup the parcel.

Hi, I have sent parcel no.RA312686173IL to a company in china.
The status is "unsuccessful delivery".
The company says that they can't to anything until they get the paper message.
How can I find out what happened to the parcel please?
I'm worried.

unsuccessful delivery may be caused by following reason:
1. the English address can not be translated into chinese address properly and therefore can not be delivered.
2. the recipient refuse to accept the parcel.some people reject parcel in order to avoid refund or order payment.
You have to contact recipient and ask him to call china post 11185 and pickup the parcel. If he refuse to do so to avoid refund, you should contact ebay/paypal or aliexpress.
