I paid out some money of mine for the shipping, so having that parcel back isn't the ideal solution.
Come on, I can't believe you aren't able to contact some of Longhua post office's employees!

I'm waiting for a solution.

if you want, you can request an investigation with Italy Post. Longhua Post office will not response you. they don't even speak English.

And you can't speak Chinese?
Can you at least tell me how much time will pass before they'll send back the parcel?

if your receiver does not pickup the goods, the parcel might be returned or destroyed at government's choice.
