Post Where is the parcel?

1) Hate to check the us keyboard layout to type non alphanumeric symbols...

2) I sent a parcel to a friend in Shenzhen, China.
Track number RA810806067IT (sent from Italy).
An unsuccessful delivery attempt was carried out in 2014-12-30.
Then, a couple of weeks later, I contacted this friend and he told me he couldn't find the parcel at the post office. I told him to ask for assistance for this issue, but he has neglected it this far.
As this forum is the only place to look for assistance, I'm asking where this parcel is at the moment. Also, a photo of the parcel would be appreciated.

if you have returning address in the parcel, the parcel should be returned to Italy if your receiver does not pickup the goods.

That's not what I asked.

(Anyway the typing problem came from my os)
