If India Post can not find the parcel, it should be in customs and has not been released. You can do nothing but waiting customs clearance.

I ordered 2 parcels from a china website on 7-4-2015.

The tracking information provided shows Since 2 weeks the parcel is at Kolkatta airport Sorting Office. The tracking information has not changed since then.

tracking number provided is RF024359362CN and RJ413204670CN.

Please take appropraite action ans help me track my parcel and So that I receive it soon. Please help.

If parcel is in Kolkata, You should contact India Post asap. China Post does not control the parcel once the goods enters into India.

hi i have ordered two items from ali express and my both items are held in customs in KOLKATA :/ i dont know what to do and whom to contact, i am from India... is there any contact mail or number so i can directly contact them. The tracking number is also not available in INDIAN POST ! :(

when i will get my package ! its saying that its held in customs !???

I am from bangalore and I have ordered a item from china on 16th May 2015. While tracking, I am seeing the following same status from 19th May.

Local Date and Time Country Location Event Type Mail Category Next Office Extra Information
5/16/2015 3:07:00 AM China 518103 Receive item from customer (Otb) Air KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

Tried to reach Kolkata Airport Sorting Office. Didn't get any responses. Also checked with India Post. They are providing mixed answers. I am really worried now whether I will receive my parcel or not.

Can you please help on the next action plan. Any friend from Kolkata to check my parcel? :(

RG173921643CN has not arrived India yet. Estimate arrival time should be end of Jun. You need some patient.
