what does this mean and why its next office is shown again in kolkata as it is to be delivered in maharashtra.

I am the latest Victim :( i ve ordered in Nov.

Tracking id RJ054882290CN

as i am from bangalore,i am just helpless...even dont ve friends in kolkatta.

I have called the office ,many time in this no- 03322480375.
it rang for sometime then left me a message saying to check the no i ve dialed.
No body is bother there to take ur call.

Please somebody help me.

I had called Blore foreign post office and came to know that the shipment Bag received from Kolkatta is yet to open.They might open it today.

my 5 parcel from ali showing the last tracking sent to airline since 18/2/15 after that there is no update on tracking numbers.. that means it has been reached to kolkatta customs. But since 18/2 no update is given on any tracking number . Please help me what should I do? Is there is any tracking prob with kolkatta custom. I don't know where my parcels are right now .

But when i track my order "RG135009855CN" as you see below since 10th March 2015 its not updated wherein the next office is CED Mumbai.

Can you please help me with the same.

dear all there,

kindly help me... my parcel left Beijing on 28th march 2015(edi recieved). I am from a very remote
area of India and could not contact Kolkata sorting office not by any means even no relative no friends in Kolkata... no status chnage since last 12 days... please for your kindness help me save my hard earned money... I just ordered mouth organ for my music hobby.
Ill be very thankful as this forum is my only hope as I see many previous complaints resolved and parcels delivered.
