hello pm shukla1, i think it takes around 10-15 days after sent to airport for reaching in the customs office in india.

Hi.. I have 3 parcels of China post with tracking nos RO007846492CN, RJ222299701CN and RH081027292CN. It has been a month since it was SENT TO AIRLINE but the status hasn't changed still. Please help.

I have 3 parcels which are stuck showing "Send Item Abroad( EDI Received) since 26th October, 27th October and 3 November 2014. In the last 1 year, all parcels have reached my address in 14 days, once it shows 'SEND ITEM ABROAD', however this time there is no update. I have 8 more in transit which were bought on 11/11/2014.

I asked my office boy from Kolkata to go and check with Foreign Post office and they have no updates. They state that it should have reached long time ago and most probably, parcels are misplaced.

http://track-chinapost.com/start_indiapost.php shows it was sent to Kolkata on oct 15. if you have not got it, it might be lost in customs.

I tried calling Kolkata custom office they said, call postal apraising department, i tried calling them up too but their number is coming wrong.

Hi,
I have purchased an item from ebay on Nov 10, 2014. The tracking ID is RG083932427CN. The status is not updated since Nov 15, 2014. It says - EDI received - kolkatta sorting office. Can someone please help? Thanks.
