This is to bring to your notice that two parcels that were booked to be sent to Delhi have been showing status as China (sent abroad) from nearly a month,no update is further there I even enquired local post office from Postmaster here who guided me to post a complaint regarding the same.My Parcel numbers are RG096882809CN & RG096883733CN.I have spoken to mostly all government department concerned but till date no update.Kindly do needful regarding the same.

Any idea on when I would be able to get my order.

RO013487051CN just arrived India customs in Kolkata today. you should get it within one or two weeks.

I have ordered on 5th of july,2014. Today its 9th jan,2015, almost more than 6 months and i am still waiting for the parcel. I am seriously fed up with the nonsense answer from Ali express regarding my parcel. They are asking me to contact the local office to get the parcel but its showing in kolkatta, whereas i am in Pune, maharashtra. Nobody pickup the call at Kolkatta office.
