Post How to change the recipient address?

Hi there.

This is the case of the cargo now what I want to learn.
Tracking number : CP016565257TR

I have not been delivered to the recipient. Buyers want the cargo to a different address. I want to change the recipient address. How do I change the recipient address?

The cargo arrived to China and the delivert was unsuccessful probably because you shipped it to a wrong address. But you can't change the address, if noone went to post office to claim the cargo it will be shipped back to you in 2 months I guess. What yoy can do is tell the recipient to go to post office with his/her ID and tracking number and get it from there.

I go to the local mail company did report a change of address. But they said the changes could not be made. So I need to resolve the problem in a different way.
I wonder if a change of address by sending an email to the mail order company in China know the problem is solved if I Do?

China post also can't help you, you can't change an address after shipment is made.
The problem is easy to resolve since the address doesn't matter because the recipient can go by himself to the post office and pick up the item.

you can not change address after the parcel was shipped.
