chinapost airmail my tracking no is RI198384764CN. and its showing unsuccessful delivery. what does it mean. tracking status shows that it is in india. but still I not received my parcel. i am constantly at home. also provided proper address, proper pin code, country name, city name. then why I am not getting my parcel. plz tell me exact delivery date. plz tell me what is the exact problem there. plz help and plz rply chinapost volunteer

you should contact India Post. the parcel is in their hands.

My parcel's China Post Airmail Tracking No. is RI230058472CN. It seems to have been stuck at customs for a week now and showing "Retention reason : Awaiting presentation to customs commissioner" under Extra Information. How long does it usually take before it is handed over to India Post?

RI230058472CN is in India Post office. You should contact India Post for detail delivery information.

My track no are RI282066275CN and RO403658424CN . Can anybody pls help me trace them ?

Hi China forum,
I have to parcel with tracking no RM244903000CN and RF291633076CN on the tracker it showed both have reached India one on 20/07/2016 and 23/07/2016.After that there has not been any update. Can you please help me track my parcel and check where it's stuck... Thank you

both parcels arrived India. they are now in the hands of India Post. you should contact India Post for delivery detail. only they know the detail.

My tracking no are RI282066275CN and RO403658424CN they have reached India and cleared Kolkata custom but there has been no update after they had been sent to bangalore.I have tried calling the india post toll free no 1800-11-2011 for days but its 24/7 busy ......can any one help me with bangalore india post contact no to track my orders or is there any other ways to track them or collect them from the post office.....thanks.

Everyone says reading the above replies contact India Post, how do we contact them, do we go the local office? Or give a visit to respective city customs?
Any Help?
