Hiii...I have ordered a cloth from Aliexpress and my china air mail tracking number is RK064362047CN my item is stuck at costum in India where in India I don't no and I live in mumbai how can get my item becoz more than 45 days have passed if you have any office in Mumbai please let me know please help me to get my item back.

11/26/2014 7:14:00 PM CHINA BEIJING Insert item into bag (Otb) Air KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE
11/27/2014 8:01:00 AM CHINA BEIJING Send item abroad (EDI-received) Air KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

the status has not been updated from past 2 weeks
the parcel is to be delivered in Aurangabad near mumbai
can anyone please help me with this and btw it contains electronic components but no BATTERY

I have checked the status on China post website. But it is not updated after 30 November, 2014. It is showing CHINA BEIJING Send item abroad (EDI-received) Air KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

Can you please tell me where can i check my status further?

it is in Kolkata customs but not processed yet. Normally India customs will take about 2 to 4 weeks to clear the goods and then send the parcel to India post, you need some patient.

RH100838123CN should be in India customs waiting to be processed. Now is rush season, customs clearance is slow, you need some patient.
