Hi,

Sorry to trouble you but I'm worry about my parcel.

The tracking numbers are EX010902530SG, RG045882416CN
For EX010920530SG the last update was:

2014-10-09 13:38, INDIA, KOLKATA FOREIGN EMS, Record item customs information (Inb), Air, CED KOLKATA, Retention reason : Hight-value goods - Official Customs declaration required

Could you tell me what to do and what's the next step?
Also, I try googling for their KOLKATA custom contact but I couldn't open the website... It keep saying it won't load.
Please help

Hi i am unable to track my package which left china on 24th oct and i am yet to recieve i tried this site

I have 3 parcels which are stuck showing "Send Item Abroad( EDI Received) since 26th October, 27th October and 3 November 2014. In the last 1 year, all parcels have reached my address in 14 days, once it shows 'SEND ITEM ABROAD', however this time there is no update. I have 8 more in transit which were bought on 11/11/2014.

I asked my office boy from Kolkata to go and check with Foreign Post office and they have no updates. They state that it should have reached long time ago and most probably, parcels are misplaced.

Hiii...I have ordered a cloth from Aliexpress and my china air mail tracking number is RK064362047CN my item is stuck at costum in India where in India I don't no and I live in mumbai how can get my item becoz more than 45 days have passed if you have any office in Mumbai please let me know please help me to get my item back.
