hello everyone, i wrote this because i'm getting worried about my package with tracking number RS224870038CN
this is the track until now:
2016-09-12 17:36:15.0 中山city Post Office parcel 集邮局commerical parcel 广告公司 received
2016-09-12 19:36:31.0 中山city Post Office parcel 集邮局commerical parcel 广告公司 customs scan
2016-09-12 20:40:11.0 leaving 中山city Post Office parcel 集邮局commerical parcel 广告公司 ，next station 中山
2016-09-14 15:19:49.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan
2016-09-14 18:14:43.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-09-15 16:03:00.0 arrive Guangzhou Airport
2016-09-15 16:08:29.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport
2016-09-16 12:20:00.0 Guangzhou departure

It's been like one month and almost two weeks without any changes so i would like to know if maybe there's a problem or something, i already looked in the estimated time of arrival of my country (Chile) and it's very close to the longest arrival... i would appreciate any additional information about my parcel thank you very much for your help

1. Your parcel has been on the road for 49 days. I would be worry also. May I suggest you contact your seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel. Ask him if he can verify with China Post.

2. May I also suggest you go or call Chile Post Office to find out if there is a delay in the mail coming from overseas like China.

3. Other then that, you could open a dispute because you have not receive your parcel. Tracking of your parcel to me seems fine, it might have been lost/misplace somewhere along the way to your country.

4. That is all I can think of right now.
