I sent a package from Colombia to a customer of mine in Chengdu, CHina on April 9 and tracking # is RI001515501CO . I just traced pacakge and it arrived to Customs in China on April 18, it went to customs scan 5 times and Now it is stuck at : express custom scan.
Please help me to know what it is going on with this small package ? I have my customer pissed off with me.

the parcel should have delivery problem in chengdu. You should ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and pickup the parcel.

customer called China Post and NObody give her an answer , No one know how to locate the parcel with the tracking number . Unreal, I can track it from here, but they cannot track it over there. Please any other help available !!

as the parcel arrived over one month and none pickup, the parcel might have already been returned to Colombia.

Hi, my customer went to China Post Office to inquire about the package and exactly what you said, " package returned to Colombia " . I really dont understand the reason or how China post work, I Paid Here in Colombia for the package to be given to my customer , but Customs in China decided to keep for 1 month ? Is that how China customs works? No reason for their people?
Really sad living in a country like that !!

My parcel has arrived destination country for long time without delivery, why?

RI001515501CO has been rejected by China Post Chengdu office on May 4th.

Good morning, buy a dress Alicexpress my order number is 67202650183106 in the product, the dress sent me yesterday May 18, shipping logistics information is through China Post Registered Air Mail: RM615054633CN.

I wonder when will be to get my order, I live in Colombia, santander city of Bucaramanga, I need to get my dress me hopefully before June 10, please ask your help, and know the path of travel of my order. very friendly

RM615054633CN is invalid number, seller did not ship the goods yet. Normally Aliexpress seller will delay one or two weeks shipment, so you can wait a week and track again in http://track-chinapost.com/
