I order a product on 02, April 2014.

I'm checking the tracking system and no update is made for months.

Please, I need more informations about the item: CP265360578CN.

CP parcel is surface parcel for heavy items. sometimes it is very very slow. you need patient.

How much more patience I even need? Today it has over 104 days and my order has not entered in Brazil YET, BUT IS in china YET.

if you need the parcel urgently, you should NOT use airmail instead of surface CP parcel. Now you can do nothing but wait.
