Post No Sent to airline status

Hello! I'm trying to track my parcel that was sent on 14th of September, but I don't see the 'Sent to airline' status there at all. The number is RJ176682284CN. So more than a month left but still no 'Sent to airline' status - what does that mean? The package is still in China? And what should I do in such case?

RJ176682284CN seems to be stuck in customs. any battery item inside? If no battery, wait another 10 days, it should arrive.
