Post Orders not showing up in tracking

I have 11 orders that were shipped out between February 7-10th and 10 are LN*CN ePacket shipments and one of them is a China Post RB*CN package. The sellers are at a loss to as to why these are not showing up yet. Is there something going on with China Post and the ePacket system in China due to the Spring Festival that has caused issues or some kind of a delay. Can someone please help me locate these missing 11 packages or enlighten me to what might be going on here? I would greatly appreciate it.

They told me that they give them to their carriers in which transport them to China Post. One of these packages comes from a regular supplier of mine and they would not tell me they shipped something when the didn't. Is it possible that these could still be sitting in the China Post awaiting getting checked in? Is it possible there is a back up of packages in the China Post offices that need to be scanned in due to the Festival?

If the parcel has arrived China Post office, they will be scanned within 48 hours(normally less than 24 hours). As you said you got the tracking number almost two weeks ago, it is not likely that they stayed in China Post office without being scanned for so long time.

The only explanation is that shipper did not ship the goods when he gave you the tracking number. You should open a dispute and claim refund asap.

Are these tracking numbers real or were they fake numbers that were given to me on February 10th from an Ali Express seller? None of these have even shown up in your tracking system to date. What is the difference between and LK and an LN number? Does China Post always scan in ePacket LN numbers when they arrive at China Post or do they sometimes send them along to their destination in the US without scanning them in?

LK is for ebay user only ePacket service. LN is general purpose ePacket. Your seller printed the tracking number label from ePacket website but did not actually ship anything. In other words, all those parcel numbers are FAKE.

If China Post received those parcels, the number will be scanned within 48 hours. So if your seller shipped the parcel on Feb 10, these parcel number will have tracking result no later FEB 12. this is another evidence that your shipper did not ship the parcel.

you should open a dispute with aliexpress asap.

Hi,
This might clear things up a bit. I have the same problem as you, whereby I have 5 pending orders that couldn't be tracked for more than 3 weeks . This was from 5 different suppliers and they all sent out within a week before the Chinese Spring Festival. I asked them and they assured me they did sent the parcels out. The problem lies in the courier company that sends these items to the post office. The courier probably had a lot of backed-up parcel during the 15 days holidays, so they took a long time to sent it to the post office. Now, slowly one by one my parcel could finally be tracked over these past few days. Hope that helps.

I'm happy to hear yours had shown up finally. Mine still yet has not shown up and yes I knew this about their couriers. They use different couriers for different types of shipments (i.e. China Post, ePacket, EMS and so forth). Between the storms going on during their Holiday and that it was in fact the Holiday for two weeks + during this time caused many issues and as well many missing parcels. I have two from another supplier that have never shown up either and they were China Post parcels not ePacket. I'll remember next season never to order anything during this one month timeframe before or after as it can be highly problematic.
