Post Unable to track package/ Package not delivered

Hi, I ordered something online, shipped by China Post, following the tracking number, it says the package has been delivered on the 17th August. but I haven't received it. Can you help me with this issue? How should I proceed? Ive emailed the seller for assistance already but still waiting.

AMS207819135YQ is not China Post parcel. it is from a private shipping agent called Shangfang. Shangfang website shows the parcel was delivered in Kingswood 2747, Australia on Aug 17.

Are you in Kingswood 2747 area?

Hi yes im in kingswood area but my item hasnt been delivered and the shipping number came up as china post on order.
I dont know what to do now to get my order

we suggest you wait one more week and see what will happen. if you cant get it next
week, it could be a scam. then you need to call your bank to file charge back.
