Hello, on 11th of July I send a package from Holland to Shanghai. When I consult the Track&Trace code, it shows no information. Only “on route” and not the reason why it’s not delivered yet. Can I get more information about the packages?

CC097242577NL destination is mainlandd china or hong kong or taiwan？it arrived in china on july 19 but never enter china customs. normally this means it is a transit parcel whose destination is not china mainland.

The destination is China, Shanghai. The address is also on the package.

this parcel is still hold in Shanghai customs. for some unknown reason, customs officer has not released it so far. it is not china post problem.

what is inside?

They are a bureaucratic organization. There is nothing you can do except wait and see. If the parcel is not released by next month, it will probably be confiscated and destroyed.
