Hello I have tracked my package CH235377685US and it seems to be sitting at Ningbo Customs Office.

Can someone please tell me how to pay the taxes so this care package can be delivered to my friend?

Also, please forgive me for being monolingual. I am so embarrassed that I only speak English.

shipper cant pay duty. only receiver can make customs clearance and pay duty.

Thank you for the information. Can you please give me an accurate phone number that I can forward to my friend so she can take care of this herself. None of the numbers seem to work for me, maybe because I am calling internationally. Specifically, Ningbo Customs office.

the parcel has stayed in China Post for too long time without customs clearance, it might have been returned to USA.

You can ask your friend call China Post local hotline 11185 and see if they can help her to locate the parcel and pay duty if the parcel is still in Ningbo.
