Hello,
I ordered some products from China the 22nd September. Then, the 24th September I received a mail with the tracking number: RB185624435CN. But until now, when I check the shipping progress of the package, the number is not found.
So what's the problem ? Could I have more details please ?

Your shipper did not ship the parcel to China Post on Sept 24. So far China Post has not got the parcel yet.
