Hello,

is there any chance someone can give some more information about my parcel which seems to be stuck at customs since June 11th? Trackingnumber is: CY289050403DE

I double checked my customs form I attached to the parcel and is complete and contains the receipients number and e-mail address.

It is a defective return, shipped from Germany to China for repair.

I guess this parcel CY289050403DE is a return for refund, right?
the receiver has never made customs clearance(obviously he/she does not want this item). This is a game often played by those bad sellers.

China Post returned the parcel to Germany on June 25 through ocean ship. return parcel has low priority and normally will take about 3 months to reach Germany. Once it arrives in Germany, you will see new update in Germany Post(DHL Paket) website.
