Hello, can you please help me to identify why the Status of my packet doesn‘t change since over 30 days.
CR905968294 DE.
What is missing and who can I contact?

CR905968294DE is in China Post Yiwu office waiting for receiver to make customs clearance. It seems that receiver doesn't want to make customs clearance.

Is this a return parcel for refund?

Do you know if the receiver has been informed about this parcel?

If you have written receiver's mobile number in the parcel, China Post will send a text message to receiver and guide him/her to make customs clearance online. You can also ask receiver to call china post hotline 11185 for help.

However, You can't wake a person who is pretending to be asleep. If the receiver doesn't want your return parcel, he won't do anything even if he got the text message from China Post.
