I ordered probably about 10 of those diamond paintings from wish n 5d artists but the shipper I guess is yunexpress or aka yuntrack.com. well I know they aren't gonna be here right away with everything going on. I woke up to an email saying that there was an "exception" with my one order. They said my address wasn't correct, which something must've happened cuz the address was partially wrong. They keep telling me to call the carrier so that they don't send it back. But I can't get Any contact info. Besides a phone number to China. I don't have international calling, so I can't get ahold of them. But when I put the tracking number in (YT2007021266077658) it tells me another overt number(xmu68104676) idk what it's for. Then tells me the tracking event was on 3/10. I ordered this particular set on 3/7. The delivery status says processing. Says its not delivered with a gen check mark. There's no last mile or tracking. Transit says 0. It says processing 1. Alert is 0. If you hit the copy button, it says everything I just said above, but then there's a delivery status. That's blank. Below that says natural day n next to that says working day. All blank. So im super confused on all this, cuz the person said the exception happened on 03/10, n she's just now emailing me 9 days later. The only difference in the address is 1 says michigan 43. N the correct one is m 43. So idk what to ddp ie. Can be done. The people from the supply company everytime I write am email, has the same answer. Contact the carrier. Well I cant. N I can't find an American number either for the diamond painting company or the shipping company. so I gave no idea in what to do. I need help n advice from someone coz I've been digging n digging n doing research for about 8 hours today. And im just now so stressed, confused, And I just don't know what else to do at this point. My town is so small that if you blinked or sneezed right before we hit town, that by the time you opened your eyes from your blink or is done sneezing, you just missed the whole town. Someone please help me
