I thought EMS was express shipping....took 3 weeks to get a track number, 2 weeks after it was sent out and still not on a plane is a long time and then another 2+ weeks for it to get to the US and prob another 2+weeks to get it from customs.....that's nearly a month over the scheduled arrival time I was given. I'll notify shipper

your seller did not ship the goods in time. He wait 3 weeks then gave the goods to EMS, it is not EMS's problem, it is your seller's problem.

Hi i ordered a Pretty Kitty Bell Collar in black and i ordered this about 2 weeks ago and i checked the site where i bought it Littlestgiftshop.com and it said
Your shipment couldn't be delivered
According to China Post, your order couldn't be delivered as planned. Please contact China Post to arrange another delivery attempt. The tracking number is LY142196181CN
Id like to know whats going on.

http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php shows the parcel is in OAKLAND, CA 94621. USPS says "We attempted to deliver your item at 6:46 pm on May 21, 2018 in OAKLAND, CA 94621. Delivery of the item could not be completed because the mail receptacle was blocked. "

You need go to your local USPS office and try to pickup the parcel asap.

I'm wondering why it's been 9 days since it was turned over to EMS after the 3 weeks that it's still being held and not dispatched. I already know they waited 3 weeks to hand it to EMS, I'm asking why is EMS still not shipping it and telling me to wait 1-2 more weeks before it is shipped to the US.

I am in Saudi Arabia, I bought an item through ebay and seller has send item with tracking number UD892929502CN. When I am checking through tracking system there is no record shown.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to airline on Apr 28. no need worry, it is on the way to Saudi.

This kind parcel is china post ordinary parcel which is slow. you might need wait up to 60 days to get it.

i ordered items from eBay the delivery time already pass but till now i did not get my items, tracking number HBM180322AJID000386 and it showing that its [CN]Sent to HBM processing center.
2018-03-23 02:49:36. can you help to tell me where is my package ?

HBM180322AJID000386 is not china post tracking number. we can not verify if the shipment is real or fake.
