So you need check your mailbox or front door first. If you can not find the parcel, go to your local USPS office and inquiry delivery detail.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcels are all shipped on May 6.

EMS normally will arrive USA in 10 days. However, sometimes some airport might have airline shortage and cause delay. EMS can take 4 weeks to reach USA. so your parcels are still in normal time frame, no need worry.

I ordered my package in April and it was apparently shipped on the 25/4/18 ref LZ275135072CN I have sent several request for updates which have been ignored. When I tried to track all I can see is this;

2018-05-07 14:56:00 return delivered
Please tell me where my parcel is or return my money

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LZ348129469CN shows the parcel was shipped on May 18. It is waiting for flight space from china to australia. you need wait one or two more weeks.
