Okay I have 4 packages through this shipping company and I have Yet to see any of them to were bought in early March I’m getting pretty frustrated!

looking to understand this tracking system, I have 2 orders that state the same thing"Departure Export Customs CHENGDU EMS"

LY083358399CN, LY050859004CN

Can you just tell me what that means?

this is my first time ordering and I hope not my last. I 'm just wanting my orders.

USPS website shows LY083358399CN just arrived NEW York airport, LY050859004CN just arrived LAX airport.

you will get them very soon.

There something strange with my package t.n. RY071697939CN
The 17track show me, that the package sent from Nanchang to Shanghai and after that i got alert and now i see, that the package sent from Shanghai to Nanchang. Can you help me?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel can not pass customs scan in Shanghai and was returned to shipper in Nanjing.

Not sure the return reason, but it is sure that You can not get it anymore. If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, please open dispute for refund.
